Instructions
- Sit on the seated cable row machine and place your feet on the foot platform with your knees slightly bent.
- Grab the handle with both hands slightly wider than shoulder width, and sit up straight with your arms extended.
- Engage your core muscles and keep your back straight.
- Pull the handle towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
- Slowly extend your arms to return the handle to the starting position.
