Cable Lateral Raise


Instructions

  1. Hold a cable handle with one hand at your side.
  2. Step over the cable with your opposite leg.
  3. Slightly bend your knees and hips.
  4. Engage your core muscles and keep your back straight.
  5. Lift your arm out to the side until it is parallel to the floor, keeping a slight bend in your elbow.
  6. Slowly lower your arm back down to the starting position.
