Instructions
- Sit on a preacher bench with your upper arms resting on the pad and your feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with an underhand grip (palms facing up).
- Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
