Dumbbell Preacher Curl


Instructions

  1. Sit on a preacher bench with your upper arms resting on the pad and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with an underhand grip (palms facing up).
  3. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
  4. Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
