Cable Overhead Triceps Extension


Instructions

  1. Attach a rope handle (or two for a greater range of motion) to a low pulley on a cable machine and stand facing away from the machine.
  2. Grasp the rope(s) with both hands and extend your arms overhead.
  3. Engage your core muscles and keep your back straight.
  4. Bend your elbows to lower the rope back behind your head, keeping your upper arms stationary.
